A Supportive Community
Founded in 1991, Namaste Yoga Center provides a space for beginners to long-time practitioners to come together in a supportive community. Namaste offers individual and group teachings in hatha Yoga, meditation, the timeless teachings of Yoga, including Yoga Nidra. In addition, we offer satsang, retreats, trainings and workshops.
Yoga at Namaste
Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice originating in the area we now call India as much as 6,000 years ago. Hatha Yoga uses deep relaxation, diaphragmatic breathing, gentle stretching and strengthening exercises, and meditation to support an individual’s physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
